A well fought out battle between 2 teams of great bowlers.
After a few ends of adjustment, the Brecks Bowlers found their feet on rinks 2, 3, 4 and 5, with rinks 1 and 6 struggling to come to terms with the opposition and the different rink conditions.
After 16 ends, we were winning on 3 rinks out of 6, which felt like a victory in itself, as it was the first time many of our bowlers had played at a different club.
A special mention must go to Tim Bullet, Jack Lusby and Sue Hillsden, who by all accounts had a great game and had the biggest overall win, finishing with a 20 shots to 6 victory.
The overall score ended Wymondham 112 – Brecks 79.
Thanks to all who made the trip to Wymondham and made it a successful morning.
